1. TAKING THE PHOTO

Stand 4 feet from camera and take a photo against a white wall.
Make sure there is plenty of space above the head and up to chest.
(This will allow us to crop the photo and assure that it will fit within the required specifications)

-Mouth Closed, No Smiling
-Eyes Open
-Move hair away from face
-Both ears visible
-No Shadows

*Tip: stand close to wall to minimize shadows

3. EDITING

Pictures will be professionally edited to the specifications and E-mailed for digital copy or available for pick-up next day.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • DO YOU GUARANTEE THEY WILL PASS?

    Yes. For some reason they do not, we will re-take it at no additional cost.

  • CAN I UPLOAD PHOTOS TAKEN FROM A PHONE?

    Yes you can, but make sure to submit a good quality as much as possible. Try to avoid shadows in the face as well as in the background, keep a neutral face expression.

  • MY CANADIAN PHOTOS TAKEN ELSEWHERE WERE REJECTED, HOW DO I KNOW YOURS WILL BE ACCEPTED?

    Because we take Canadian Passport Photos.

    Most drugstores only take US Passport photos, whereas we take both US & International photos which have different specifications.

  • WILL YOU STAMP THE BACK OF THE CANADIAN PASSPORT PHOTOS?

    Yes, as required by he Canadia requirements.
